Hey loves – Happy almost Friday! Since I’m starting to post on Tuesdays and Thursdays (as I explained here,) I don’t get to tell you Happy Friday anymore, so this’ll have to do! I apologize that this post is a little late, I meant to post it during the Nordstrom Anniversary sale, but didn’t get it up. Regardless, I still wanted to post it because these are two of my favorite fall purchases so far.
First, I need to tell you about these booties. They were one of the first things I purchased during the sale and they are every bit as good as they looked online. The color is true to how it looks, I got the taupe. But they also come in black and a pretty gray color. The best part about these is the cutouts, it’s such a fun detail!
Surprisingly at 3.5 inches tall, these babies are really comfortable and will go with everything. They also run TTS. I have really small feet (read: 7.5) for someone who’s so tall, but they fit me perfectly. Get used to seeing them because I’m going to be wearing them all the time. Right now with skirts, like this and later on with jeans, leggings and tights.
floral print top // white distressed skirt (identical) // booties // crossbody bag (only $19!) // watch // sunnies (actual ones were borrowed from my photographer, but the ones linked are almost identical!) petite initial necklace c/o // initial pendant c/o
My second of my favorite fall purchases was this floral print top, which, truthfully I didn’t think I was going like. Button-downs and blouses that fit can be hard for me to find because I have such broad shoulders. But this top fit me like a glove. I’m OBSESSED with these adorable bow tie sleeves too! It’s all about the details, people! Comes in two other prints and a pretty coral color, but I just loved the subtle black and white print. Which will make this top another very versatile piece in my closet and one that I can wear to work or out with the girls. Score!
