Pink Flutter Sleeve Top + The Cutest Coffee Shop

Hey guys!! I’m so excited because I’m finally able to start posting again for you! Ugh…last week was a nightmare, but I’ll get into that later. Can we first talk about how cute this little coffee shop is? I was introduced to Eli’s by my friend and photographer. They are located inside an old house. It’s so cute inside, I wish I would’ve taken pictures of it. And for my gluten free peeps – they have SO many options! They also don’t stiff you on the whipped cream, as you can tell! Haha #ivegotasweettooth

Flutter sleeve top: Banana Republic (in blue here and I love this!) // Jeans: BlankNYC (similar here) // Heels: Alysia c/o (similar) // Bag: Forever 21 (similar) // Sunnies: Ray-Ban // Watch: Daniel Wellington c/o

I feel a little bit like an Easter egg in this top, but it’s so cute with the flutter sleeves and stripes. To go along with the flutter theme, I paired my favorite flare jeans and for a little edge added a pair of leopard heels. Pastels are going to a huge trend this season, but if you’re not really a pastel person, no worries, just add an edgier print, accessories or a leather jacket to keep it from being too girly.

Ok, so I’m SOO sorry if you tried to come to the blog last week!! If you saw my Instagram post you know that I switched hosts for my blog. I’ve been wanting to do this for a long time because my old host just wasn’t cutting it. But I was scared to do it because I worried that what happened last week, would happen. I lost all of the images from the week before’s posts and the post that I wrote for last Monday DISAPPEARED!! I’m telling you, it’s so bizarre, we couldn’t find it anywhere! #sadface Anyways, flash forward to today, we didn’t recover my images or the post, so if you are signed up for my emails, just a warning that you’ll probably get another one for last Monday’s post when it gets published again.

A few words of warning if you’re thinking about doing this yourself. One, ALWAYS make sure you have a backup of your ENTIRE site! Two, if you’re also switching over your domain, DO NOT create any new content until everything is completely moved over! Sorry for all the caps, but I don’t want you guys to have to go through what I did.

As always, thanks for reading!

xoxo, Hillary

    • I have not switched platforms before, luckily I started my blog on WordPress, but my advice is to make sure that you have your whole site backed up and then don’t create any new content until it’s all completely moved over. Thanks, Lily and good luck! xx
