Good morning guys! I hope you all had a nice start to your week yesterday. I wore this exact look for day 2 of #TBSCon, last seen here. Check out this post if you want to see all of my looks from the conference and what to wear to a blogging conference. I wanted to share this hot pink ruffle sleeve top with you for a couple of reasons. Surprisingly, hot pink is in for fall, it is seriously the bomb.com, comes in 8 colors and is less than $50.
The styling possibilities are endless with this top. It can easily be worn to work with a pair of dress pants or a pencil skirt. With jeans like I did here, with shorts in the summer and because it’s longer in the back, with a pair of faux leather leggings and OTK boots for an all-black look with a pop of pink! Don’t be surprised if you see that exact look later this winter. I pop of pink is exactly what winter needs! Brr, I can’t even start thinking about that yet.
You’ve seen these jeans several times before and probably will continue to. They are one of my favorite pairs of jeans. My family always makes fun of me for having holes in my jeans but I think that’s what makes them more memorable and comfortable, for that matter.
I bought these jeans a few years ago on sale, which never happens. And yay, I found them on sale again! Which leads me to another recent favorite of mine, these low block heels. They are also on sale (less than $21!) right now and come in 4 other colors. If you’re looking for a neutral heel that’s comfortable and can be worn with everything, these are it!
If you saw my Insta stories yesterday, you know that I’ve been having some more UC flare-ups lately. In case you’re new around these parts, welcome, and to fill you in a little bit, I have Ulcerative Colitis, an autoimmune and chronic digestive disease that makes it hard for my body to process certain things. If you want to learn more about it, I talked about it in this post.
I feel like I’ve been talking about this a lot lately and it’s mostly because I’ve been having a lot more flare-ups lately than I normally do. I’m currently working with my doctors on trying to figure out what the best course of treatment is.
I try not to talk about it too much on here because it’s not a “pretty” topic, but it’s my life and something that I sometimes don’t quite have a handle on so it has been putting a strain on me being able to do a lot of things and makes me really run down.
If you have any questions you want to ask me or want more information feel free to email me or DM me on Instagram or Facebook. Don’t be shy, I’m an open book, but I also don’t want to be too open for those who don’t want to hear about it! Ya know what I mean!?
Don’t forget – there’s only one day left to enter our giveaway! Just in time for the holidays! Click here to enter! 🙂
As always, thanks for reading!
