Hello! I hope you all had a great weekend! It’s been a couple of days since my last post, my apologies for that! I had an extremely busy weekend and was out of town for a surprise birthday weekend for my beautiful mom’s (bleep-th) birthday!!  😉 It was such a great weekend celebrating with my parents, my sister, my Gram and four of my parent’s good friends from the different towns that we’ve lived in. We rented a 6-bedroom house in the Galena Eagle Ridge Territories. It was amazing weather and we had such a great time! That being said, I woke up Tuesday morning with a really bad lower back pain, so much so that I wasn’t able to get out of bed this morning. That’s not very conducive to sitting up and typing up a post. I’m feeling better tonight though and wanted to try to get a post in! Whew! Ok…now to the important part…

I wore this outfit on St. Patty’s day, it was my version of a not-so-in-your-face I’m wearing green St. Patrick’s Day outfit! Even though it was March, it was still pretty cold, hence the tights and winter coat. The weather in Illinois has just been ridiculous as of late. We had an inch on snow on Monday! Snow? In April? Ok, enough of my rants….Thanks for stopping by!
