Tunic: Von Maur (old, almost exact and on super sale here and here!) // Lace shorts: Joe Fresh (old, similar) // Clutch: Vintage find (love this one!) // Sandals: Dolce Vita via Nordstrom (old, similar) // Monogram necklace: Baublebar // Bracelet: Stella & Dot // Watch: Michael Kors // Earrings: ily Couture (sold out, exact same style) // Sunnies: Ray Ban
Throwing it back today to this white on white look that I wore last summer. These Joe Fresh lace shorts from JCPenneys were a little out of my comfort zone, but I’m so glad that I bought them. I’ve worn them so many times and found a lot of different ways to wear them. You have to be careful with lace, if done wrong it can either be overly sexy or too young. When paired with an oversized tunic, espadrille sandals and edgier accessories it doesn’t give off either of those vibes. I love to accessorize an all white look with a pop of color. This mint vintage bag (last seen here) and earrings provides for the perfect mix.
Can you believe it’s the weekend already? I don’t know about you but this week seemed to fly by! Any exciting plans? I’m currently en route to Indiana today to complete a bucket list item of mine and that is to see Luke Bryan in concert! Yay! 🙂 I’m so freaking excited!! It was a very extremely last minute idea of a friend of mine and I’m all for spontaneity! 😉
If you’re going to be there, you probably won’t miss me, I’ll be the girl with the cowboy boot and a knee scooter for my other leg! Lol
P.S. remember the sandals that I talked about in this post? Well these are the ones that survived!
Have a great weekend and as always thank you for reading!
