Christmas Gift Tags with StickerApp

I know I keep saying this, but I seriously can not believe that Christmas is only 4 days away! I’m super excited, but then again, at the same time, I’m a little sad because there is always so much build up to the holiday and then boom, it’s over, along with all the Christmas cheer. Do you ever feel that way?

I love almost everything that has to do with Christmas. To be perfectly honest with you, I’m SO not a fan of wrapping presents. Maybe it comes from the year that I worked at a boutique on Michigan Avenue in Chicago and we offered gift wrapping as a free service.

True story….there were maaany times that one of us would forget to take the security tag off of something before we wrapped it and nine times out of ten it would set off the security alarm as soon as the customer tried to leave the store. #notcutoutforretail It was SO embarrassing and did not make for a very happy customer, who then had to walk back to the counter to have us unwrap, take the security tag off and then rewrap it again. I always felt so bad, because I know how much of a hurry people are always in during the holidays and I know I’d be upset too.

Anyways….I’m enjoying gift wrapping a little more this year because of these adorable custom stickers I created with StickerApp. Some of you may remember this post where I got to design my own laptop cover with CaseApp. Of course, Howie is plastered all over it. When their sister site, StickerApp reached out to me about designing my own custom stickers, I knew right away that I wanted to create gift tags for Christmas and it only seemed natural to make Howie the main feature, as well!

For those of you who don’t know Howie, he is my adorable and loveable little puggle (half pug, half beagle.) I rescued him almost 4 years ago from a local pound. He is the sweetest, most cuddliest little guy and he just loooves people! He makes a cameo on the blog every once in awhile but if you follow me on Snapchat (hi11ary83) or Insta Stories, you’ve definitely seen him a time or twenty! Ha What can I say, I’m a proud momma!

If you ever decide that you want a little furry friend of your own, plllease adopt! There are SOO many little furballs out there who need you to rescue them. All they want is to have someone to love and who loves them back. I know it sounds cliche, but I truly believe that we rescued each other. #adoptdontshop

Unfortunately, there’s not enough time for you to design your own Christmas gift tags, but it’s a great idea for any occasion. I designed some for my girlfriends as Christmas gifts, but I haven’t given them yet, otherwise I’d show you! If you head to their site, you can choose from any predesigned ones or upload a picture, design, etc. of your own and have it turned into a sticker! Give it a try – the possibilities are endless!

What would you design as a sticker?
