Top: Halogen (similar) // Shorts: AE (old, similar) // Bracelets: Baublebar (sold out, same style, different color) // Handbag: Michael Kors (sold out, similar) // Watch: Michael Kors // Earrings: Francesca’s (old, similar) // Necklace: Bip&Bop // Blue Aviators: Ray Ban, Wayfarers: similar here

I wore these shorts on my trip to Nashville earlier this year and absolutely love them. While I’m finally giving in that summer is pretty much over, (I know, I know, move on, right, Hillary!?) the weather is still telling me that it’s time for shorts. Those chilly mornings, hot days and then chilly nights are perfect temps for this transition look. Easy to layer a tank under it and then you have a long sleeve layer for when the sun goes down or you go into a restaurant that still has their A/C on. I always take a jacket with me, because I’m always freezing.

So, what are your transition looks? Do you have any pieces in your closet that you can still get some wear out of? I’d love to hear about them!

As always, thanks for reading!

xoxo, Hillary
