Hi friends and welcome to 2015! Whew, 2014 was quite a year for me. The year that I finally pulled the trigger and decided to start this little blog of mine. When I launched back in April, I had no idea what I was getting myself into and to be perfectly honest with you, it completely overwhelmed me to the point where I wasn’t sure if I really wanted to do it. However, while on hiatus, I continued to educate myself in the blogging world in hopes that I would someday feel comfortable picking it up back and putting myself out there. So, in October, I did just that and I haven’t looked back since! While I’m still trying to find my footing here in the vast world of the Internet I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to those of you who continue to follow along, read, comment and support me!! I know that I have not been consistent in my posting and for that I apologize, but that is my number one goal for 2015.
Speaking of 2015, look for some more changes to the blog this year. I have a few different ideas of where I want to take things, but I’m thinking maybe some DIY’s, interior design inspirations and maybe, just maybe, if I’m brave enough, a couple of simple recipes to throw in for good measure. For those of you who know me, you know that I do not like to cook. Buut, I do like to eat, so I guess I need to learn at some point. (ha!) Also, because of the fact that I do not like to cook, you can bet that whatever recipes I post on here will be easy peasy, otherwise I wouldn’t even attempt it!
So in the spirit of leaving the old behind and moving on to the new, below is a recap of some of my favorite outfit posts. It’s pretty cool to see how even in just a few months, my pictures have evolved. I’ve linked the original posts below it. Also, before I go, I want to extend another HUGE thank you to my photographer and friend, Tony! Without him, there wouldn’t be any outfit posts, thus, no Style in a Small Town. So I owe him a huge debt of gratitude! Stay tuned to see what the future holds for Style in a Small Town!
As always, thanks for reading!
